El Alfa is a Dominican rapper who today released his new album, El Hombre.
The 14-track LP features a collaboration with Cardi B, a record called "Mi Mami." On album release day, El Alfa drops the official music video co-starring Cartier Cardi. The vibrant, visual is filled with plenty of dancing, a giant popcorn bag, and sexy posing from the Bronx star.
