Comedian Pencil is here with this funny skit which sees him leaving his comedy career for a Police job titled 'Make Me Laugh'.

Make Me Laugh sees Pencil who is police officer on road-block duty stopping a car whose owner claims He (the owner) is a a comedian.

Taking his word for it, Pencil settles that the only way He'll let him go is only if he makes him (Pencil) laugh.
