Christina Aguilera is one of those artists who gets better with age. So, it's no surprise her second official single "Fall In Line," featuring Demi Lovato, sounds just as fresh as any song she made during her prime.
But then again, maybe this is when she's hit her real prime, now that she's a seasoned woman who has been through all of life's stages. This track, produced by Jonathan David Bellion, is a powerful ode to modern-day feminism and talks about the refusal to be held prisoner by societal restrictions, and being a woman who speaks your mind, regardless of what other people think.
If you know Christina, and of course, Demi, then you know these ladies have never been held back in the outspoken, albeit, completely loquacious department. And it's probably fitting, considering the recent events with the #MeToo movement that have unfolded over the past couple of months.
Liberation is expected to drop on June 15. And based on what we're hearing so far, this album will be a go-to for women across the globe.
